Top Escalations by Count

The Top Escalations by Count is a table with the list of five escalations that occur the most frequently and have the highest severity level.

Top Escalations by Count

In the Top 5 Escalations by Count table, the information is grouped into the following columns:

  • Severity—the categorization of the risk and urgency of an escalation (High, Medium, Low).
  • Escalation Name—a specific name assigned to an escalation according to its type.
  • Count—the quantity of occurrence of the escalation (of the same name and severity level).
  • Count Trend—the decrease or increase of the percentage correlation of the top 5 escalations for the last 30 days compared to the month over month trend (last 31-60 days).
  • Note: The Count Trend percentage is calculated by the following formula:

(B-A)/A*100%
Where the A is the number of the same escalations (of the same name and severity level) detected for the last 31–60 days.
Where the B is the number of the same escalations (of the same name and severity level) detected for the last 30 days.

  • % of Total— the correlation of each of the top 5 escalations detected for the last 30 days compared to all escalations detected for the last 30 days.
  • Note: The % of Total is calculated by the following formula:

A/B*100%
Where the A is the number of the occurrence of each of the top 5 escalation detected for the last 30 days.
Where the B is the number of all same escalations detected for the last 30 days.
