Client Investigation Hours Saved
The Client Investigation Hours Saved metric shows:
- The time the client saved by Fortified Analysts who investigated the Evaluation & False Positive Elimination alarms during the last 30 days (see the Escalated Alarms Funnel (Last 30 days)).
- Note: The time of the Client Investigation Hours Saved corresponds the number of the Evaluation & False Positive Elimination alarms multiplied by 15 minutes.
- The decrease or increase of the percentage correlation of the Client Investigation Hours Saved for the last 30 days compared to the 90-day trend of that datapoint.
- Note: The percentage is calculated by the following formula:
(B-A)/A*100%
Where the A is the number of escalations created during 61–90 days not including the previous 60 days.
Where the B is the number of escalations created during the last 30 days.
