Escalated Alarms Funnel (Last 30 days)

The Escalated Alarms Funnel (Last 30 days) is a graphic that shows the correlation of all generated in the system events with the percentage and number of the escalated events for the last 30 days. The data updates once per hour.

Escalated Alarms Funnel (Last 30 days)

  • The Events Generated section shows the total number of all suppressed and unsuppressed events generated in the system and detected by the SIEM service of a particular client.
  • The Alarms Received section shows the number of events that are considered as of suppressed and unsuppressed alarms.
  • The Evaluation & False Positive Elimination section shows the number and percentage (compared to the number of the Events Generated) of the events that are considered as unsuppressed alarms.
  • The Escalated section shows the number and percentage (compared to the number of the Evaluation & False Positive Elimination alarms) of the alarms that need client involvement and are marked with Client Contacted label.
