SIEM Overview
For SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) clients, the SIEM Overview section shows generalized graphical information about their SIEM program.
The information in the section is grouped in the following subsections:
- Escalated Alarms Funnel (Last 30 days)
- Escalated Alarms
- Client Investigation Hours Saved
- Client Mean Time to Acknowledge (MTTA)
- Client Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR)
- Top Escalations by Count
- Escalation Volume
- Note: If the Escalations Only technology was selected during the SIEM service configuration, you will only have access to the Escalations by Severity, Client Mean Time to Acknowledge (MTTA), Client Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR), Top Escalations by Count, and Escalation Volume metrics.
