The MDR (Managed Detection and Response) program allows healthcare organizations to have a partner that proactively detects malicious activity and responds to critical threats, allowing security teams to focus energy remediating other risks. The MDR menu consists of the Dashboard, Escalations, and the Alarms tabs.

Note: If the Escalations Only technology was selected during the MDR service configuration, you will only have access Dashboard and Escalations tabs. The Dashboard tab will include only the Escalations by Severity, Client Mean Time to Acknowledge (MTTA), Client Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR), Top Escalations by Count, and Escalation Volume metrics.
