The Extended Detection and Response (XDR) service uses XDR technology to respond to threats faster and more effectively. It reduces downtime, lowers remediation costs, and keeps patient care at the forefront of your business.

The XDR menu consists of the Dashboard, Escalations, and Alarms tabs.

Note: If the Escalations Only technology was selected during the XDR service configuration, you will only have access Dashboard and Escalations tabs. The Dashboard tab will include only the Escalations by Severity, Client Mean Time to Acknowledge (MTTA), Client Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR), Recent Escalations, and Escalation Volume metrics.
