Ask Question about Vulnerability

If you have any questions about a vulnerability, you can start a chat with an Analyst right from the Vulnerabilities Table.

To ask a question about a vulnerability

Select the Other icon in the Vulnerabilities table to see the hidden icons.
Select the Ask Question icon.
In the Ask a question pop-up window, enter your message in the Type a question here field.
Optionally, you can add an attachment by selecting the Add Attachment icon and then selecting the needed file from your computer.
- Note: You can add maximum 3 attachments with the .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .mov, .mp4, and .pdf extensions. The maximum file size is 10 MB.
Select the Send button.
