The Open Risk Trend metrics consists of the following charts:

Open Risk Trend

Open Risks by Severity Quarter over Quarter—shows the number of open risks by severity quarter by quarter.
Current Quarter Summary—shows the number of risks closed this quarter, the percentage change in this value from the previous quarter, and what percentage of the total open risks that count comprises.
Total Number of Open Risks—shows the number of open risks quarter over quarter and the percentage of change between quarters.
