For MDR (Managed Detection and Response) clients, the MDR Overview section shows the generalized graphical information about their MDR program..
The information in the section is grouped in the following subsections:
- Total Alarms
- Suspicious Attacks Blocked
- Machines Not Meeting Fortified Best Practices
- Client Mean Time to Acknowledge
- Client Mean Time to Resolve
- Alarms Trend Over 12 Months
- Note: If the Escalations Only technology was selected during the MDR service configuration, you will only have access to the Client Mean Time to Acknowledge (MTTA), Client Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR), Top Escalations by Count, and Escalation Volume metrics.
