IoMT Alarms Tab

The Alarms tab shows all alarms that came within last hour (Last Hour) or earlier than one hour (Past 1 Hour). You can also search the alarms by entering at least three characters of the Alarm ID or Type data, download a specific alarm, and filter alarms by Status and Category. The Alarms tab contains a table with the following columns:

IoMT Alarms Tab

  • Alarm ID—information about the alarm ID.
  • Status—current status of the alarm (Resolved, Unresolved, or Acknowledged).
  • Category—information about the category of the alarm (Communication, Device, or Custom).
  • Type—the type of the alarm.
  • Initial detection time—exact time the alarm was detected.
  • Last updated time—time when the alarm was updated.
  • Actions—available actions you can perform on the Alarms tab, such as:
    • View Details—view the details of the alarm, get information on the affected devices, answer questions in the communication thread, add and download attachments.
    • Ask a question—ask a question concerning the alarm.
    • Download alarm—select the checkbox near the alarm to download the alarm with details.
  • Note: Alarms with unanswered questions are highlighted in green and appear at the top of the table.
