Log in (Password is Reset by a Fortified User)

Your password can only be reset by users who have special permissions (see User Roles and Permissions). To log in to FORTIFIED CENTRAL COMMAND after your password is reset, you should create a new password.

To log in after the password was reset by a Fortified User

Go to the FORTIFIED CENTRAL COMMAND Login page.
Enter your username in the Username field and select the Next button.
Check your email for a verification code.
Go to the Reset your password page.
On the Reset your password page, enter the verification code in the Verification Code field.
Enter your new password in the New Password field.
- Note: Your new password must meet all the requirements listed on the Reset your password page.
Reenter the password in the Confirm New Password field.
Select the Reset Password button.
- Note: If the reset password flow is successful, you will be redirected to the Login page. The login flow depends on the assigned authorization type.
