Log in (Email is Changed by a Fortified User)

Your email can only be changed only by users who have special permissions (see User Roles and Permissions). After your email is changed, you should log in to FORTIFIED CENTRAL COMMAND and enter a verification code sent to your new email.

To log in after the email was changed by a Fortified User

  1. Go to the FORTIFIED CENTRAL COMMAND Login page.
  2. Enter your username in the Username field.
  3. Select the Next button.
  4. Enter your password in the Password field and select the Log in button.
    • Note: If user logs in with SSO authorization configured, Fortified User can't change email for such user.
  5. After you finish the login flow, check your new email for a verification code.
  6. Enter the code in the Verification Code field.
  7. Select the Submit button.
